Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has been called out by a Kenya show promoter for cancelling a show after receiving payment.
It was reported that this comes after the singer took to her Twitter page to apologise over her inability to perform in Kenya ahead of the Tukutane festival scheduled for October 15, 2022.
The ‘Crazy Tings’ crooner noted that the latest development was beyond her control, however, promised to give her fans a deserving show to make up for the time.
She tweeted: “Hey Kenya, honestly, it’s quite heartbreaking to say this but I will not be able to perform at the Tukutane Festival due to circumstances beyond my control. I am as disappointed as you all are but I look forward to coming and giving you a show that you deserve. Love you all.”
