The PDP Governors’ Forum has congratulated the Governor of Oyo State, Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde on his 53rd birthday anniversary.
In a press release by the Director-General of PDP Governors’ Forum, Hon. C.I.D. Maduabum, he said that the emergence as the 28th Governor of Oyo State signalled a new wave of leadership for the people of the state and his stellar performance since his inauguration has been a basket of achievements in service on many spheres of life for the state.
He Further said that Gov. Makinde has been a shining example in leadership that the nation needs at this trying times.
The statement read, “So on this anniversary of your birthday, we are proud and glad to felicitate with you.
“Reaching deep into your experiences as a manufacturer and philanthropist, you have so far recorded several memorable legacies in the minds of your people as you remain focused on your transformational programmes in the state.
“Within the PDP family, we are inspired by your remarkable social inclusion projects and infrastructural programmes that are changing lives in the state.
“We also appreciate your contributions to the cohesion and unity of our great party at the national and state levels and the PDP Governors’ family.
“May God Almighty grant you more years in good health, love of family, as well as wisdom and strength as you continue to pilot the affairs of the state.
“Congratulations and happy birthday our dear Governor, the statement concluded.
