The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has officially announced the commencement of the application process for its 2023/2024 Foreign Postgraduate (Masters) Scholarship Programme. The scholarship program aims to:

The program covers a wide range of fields, including engineering disciplines (Biomedical, Software, and Marine), cutting-edge domains like Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics/Sciences, Health and Social Sciences (Medical Sciences and Law), and Environmental and Physical Sciences (Architecture and Environmental Science).
Eligibility is open to individuals from the Niger Delta Region with relevant Bachelor’s Degrees from recognized institutions.
