This marks his first interview since leaving office on May 29, 2023. When asked about what he misses from his time in office, Buhari responded, “Miss. Buhari had previously expressed that he would not miss his time in office, citing feelings of being “harassed.” In December 2022, he mentioned that he believed he was doing his best for Nigerians, but acknowledged that his best might not be good enough. During his presidency, Buhari spent a significant amount of time on medical vacation in the United Kingdom, and he has often referred to his health as a factor during his time in office.
