The National Electricity power grid collapsed for the eighth time in 2022 on Monday morning.
It was confirmed that the grid crashed to zero megawatts today after a fault, throwing the entire country into a blackout.
It was reported by the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company that the grid went down at about 10:51 am earlier today 26th September 2022.
Another distribution company, Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc, which covers Federal Capital Territory, Niger, Kogi and Nasarawa States lamented power disruption due to the collapse of the national grid.
