In a recent interview with Chude Jidonwo, veteran Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw shared that she is not a fan of the popular 31-year-old singer, Davido. Kate, who is 52 years old, recounted an encounter with Davido where he allegedly did not greet her.
During the interview, Kate expressed her sentiments, stating, “Well, I’m not a fan.” She clarified that while she appreciates Davido’s music, she doesn’t know him personally. Kate then shared an incident where she met Davido, and he allegedly didn’t greet her.
In her own words, Kate explained, “I’ve met him; he didn’t greet. Me, I’m sorry o. No, I’m not sorry. I’m old enough. He didn’t greet. And for me, I believe you should be respectful. What you have… you don’t have… it’s OK.”
Despite expressing her lack of fandom and the encounter, Kate went on to acknowledge Davido’s virtues. She highlighted his talent and commendable work ethic. It appears that, despite the perceived lack of a greeting during their meeting, Kate Henshaw recognizes and respects Davido’s achievements and contributions to the music industry.
