The news surfaced after Tiwa Savage accused Davido of using disrespectful language in response to a social media post featuring herself and Davido’s baby mama, Sophia Momodu.
In the petition, Tiwa Savage detailed the circumstances surrounding the alleged threats and expressed her disappointment with Davido’s actions. She also highlighted her past support for Davido’s family, especially during the challenging period of the loss of his son, Ifeanyi. Tiwa Savage claimed to have received calls from mutual connections inquiring about the situation and questioning her relationship with Sophia Momodu.
In response to media inquiries, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the receipt of the petition and assured the public that an investigation into the allegations had commenced.
