In a separate incident in Lagos, the Nigeria Police Force is investigating the killing of a man at a nightclub allegedly by Trevboi, a former signee of Afrobeat singer Davido. A netizen posted on Twitter declaring Trevboi wanted and accusing him of being involved in the killing that took place at Bar 38 club in the Fadeyi area of Lagos. The Police Public Relations Officer for the Lagos State Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed that an investigation is ongoing and that the suspect fled the scene on foot, leaving behind his car and related documents, which are now in police custody.
