Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer Mohbad, has emphasized the necessity of a DNA test to determine the true lineage of his grandson, Liam. This statement comes amid an ongoing debate regarding the need for a Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) test in the investigation into Mohbad’s death.
In a video circulating on social media, Aloba insisted that the DNA test is a non-negotiable requirement, and he is willing to provide consent for the procedure. He expressed openness to designating a representative if he cannot be present during the test, emphasizing the importance of transparency in the process.
Aloba stressed that the DNA test should be conducted at two different locations to eliminate any doubts about the results. He acknowledged the rumors of a previous DNA test but asserted the need for a thorough and transparent process.
Speaking about the potential results, Aloba stated, “So, I’ll be very happy if Liam is Mohbad’s son because I love the child. But if it turns out that Liam is not his son, it won’t be good if we don’t find out now because of the future.”
He also shared personal moments with Mohbad before his death, emphasizing the significance of clarifying the child’s lineage for the sake of both the family and the late singer’s legacy.
The call for a DNA test reflects the family’s commitment to ensuring transparency and resolving any uncertainties surrounding Liam’s parentage.
