Popular Nigerian singer, Portable, has escaped unhurt after being involved in a car accident that resulted in significant damage to his brand-new G-Wagon. The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 13, 2023, in Osapa London, Lagos State.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Portable recounted the details of the accident. He explained that he lost control of the vehicle while driving in the rain, leading to a collision with a barrier. Fortunately, he sustained no injuries in the incident.
Expressing gratitude for his survival, Portable reassured his fans that he would replace the damaged car. He remained optimistic and vowed to persevere in his pursuit of success.
“I will replace this and buy another car,” he stated in the video. “The hustle that bought me that car will buy me another one.”
Fans of Portable have flooded social media with messages of support and relief that he emerged unharmed from the accident. Many expressed their admiration for his positive outlook despite the setback.
This marks the second car accident involving Portable in the span of two months. In May 2023, he was involved in a minor accident while driving his Lexus car.
