On August 29, 2023, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was present at the Ogbaru community to commission a new lubrication factory established by Chief Kenneth Maduakor (Kenneth Azia), the Chief Executive Officer of KM Oil and Gas. This significant event was attended by notable figures such as Hon Christian Udechukwu, the Anambra State Commissioner for Trade & Industry, Chief Dan Chukwudozie, the Chief Executive Officer of Dozzy Oil, Lady Ada Chukwudozie, Chairman of the Anambra, Enugu, and Ebonyi States branch of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), and Chief Gabriel Chukwuma, the Gabros Group boss.
