Socio-political activist Shehu Sani has expressed concerns about President Bola Tinubu’s attempt to appease Christians in Nigeria while cautioning against the influence of a prominent figure in Kaduna State. Sani suggested that the Kaduna emperor aims to promote religious bitterness and division.
In a series of tweets, Sani highlighted that Tinubu’s government is making efforts to calm and appease the Christian population in the country. However, he warned that the emperor from Kaduna State is actively stoking the embers of religious animosity, hate, and strife through inflammatory statements.
Sani further alleged that the Kaduna emperor desires to govern Nigeria with malice and vindictiveness, reminiscent of their divisive and controversial tenure in Kaduna. He emphasized the fragility of Nigeria as a nation and urged President Tinubu to be cautious and not allow the emperor’s actions to trigger a crisis or tear apart the country.
