Tein Jack-Rich CON, the Founder of Belemaoil and a prominent Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Rivers State, has praised the judgment of the Presidential Elections Tribunal, which upheld the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25, 2023 presidential election.
In a statement released by his Media Team, Tein Jack-Rich commended the five-member panel of the tribunal for their commitment to justice and their resilience against any form of intimidation.
The renowned business mogul called on all Nigerians, both at home and in the diaspora, to rally behind President Bola Tinubu’s mandate. He believes that by supporting the President’s mandate, they can contribute to the realization of his election promises.
Tein Jack-Rich, known for his philanthropic endeavors, expressed his belief that the tribunal’s judgment is a significant contribution, not only in rejecting intimidation but also in upholding the law objectively.
It should be recalled that the five-member panel, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, delivered a unanimous judgment last Wednesday, dismissing petitions challenging President Tinubu’s victory in the presidential election. The petitions were submitted by the People’s Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, alongside his Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi, and the Allied People’s Movement.
