Jim-Oscar Segun Osemeka, an Advisor to the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) on Security, and his wife, Oscar-Osemeka Ifeyinwa, are set to be honored with the prestigious International Leadership Manpower and Management Development (ILMMAD) Award of Doctor of Philosophy (Honours Causa). The award ceremony is scheduled for November 9, 2023, at the Nigeria National Merit Award House in Maitama, Abuja.
Osemeka, recognized for his distinguished contributions to ILMMAD and humanity, holds the distinction of being the first non-American Investigator in Africa for the FBI. His illustrious career in counter-terrorism and counter-kidnapping operations has earned him commendations and awards from both the FBI and the United States Embassy in Abuja.
The award, presented by ILMMAD, an affiliate of the Institute of International Leadership Manpower and Management Development (ILMMAD) in England and Wales, signifies the highest level of professional and international recognition. Dr. Theophilus Cornerstone Okonofua, the Dean and Director of Membership Services at ILMMAD, emphasized that the award is reserved for individuals with remarkable accomplishments and notable contributions to society.
Jim-Oscar Segun Osemeka, born in Shogunle, Lagos State, Nigeria, has built a reputation as a hard-hitting sleuth and counter-intelligence analyst. He retired from the Department of State Services (DSS) in 2016 to join the FBI, showcasing his dedication to international security efforts.
His wife, Ifeyinwa Jennifer Oscar-Osemeka, founder of Singles and Married Connect and Women Living the Faith Life International, will also be inducted as a Distinguished Fellow and Lifetime Member of ILMMAD. Jennifer has made significant contributions to relationship coaching and faith-based initiatives.
The ILMMAD Award adds Jim-Oscar Segun Osemeka and Ifeyinwa Oscar-Osemeka to the distinguished category of individuals recognized by ILMMAD for their outstanding achievements and contributions.
